About Me
 

I wasn’t always strong. In fact, I started as a hard gainer—frustrated, eating everything in sight, and wondering why my progress wasn’t showing. But once I dialed in my nutrition and training, everything changed. Strength wasn’t just something I built in the gym—it became a mindset.

What really pushed me into fitness, though, was seeing so many family and friends struggle with health issues—problems that could have been prevented or improved with exercise and better nutrition. I knew I couldn’t sit back and watch people I cared about suffer when I had the power to change that.
 

That’s why I created Remain Brazen Fitness—dedicated to anyone, no matter where they’re starting, can learn to lift, fuel, and perform at their best. With a background in rehab therapy, strength training, and nutrition, plus my ongoing pursuit of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), I combine science-backed programming with real-world experience to help clients move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free.
